3RD STREET PROMENADE
This is the second girl I spotted while strolling down the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica. She has created an outfit with a somewhat romantic feel -- the tights' rich maroon color and floral designs, the textured headband, and the heels with the ankle-straps all add to this delicate, yet modern get-up.
