I visited Paramount Coffee Project, a hip coffee shop located on Fairfax and Rosewood, a few weeks ago for brunch with an old friend. I ordered the aptly titled Fairfax Protein Breakfast with smoked salmon, soft scrambled eggs, sourdough, and house jam as well as a latte. Everything was quite good.
