Eat in Berkeley: Smoke’s Poutinerie (Pt. 2)

The Hangover Poutine made with scrambled eggs, bacon, maple syrup, and Tabasco sauce

This past weekend, I stopped by Smoke's Poutinerie for the second time in Berkeley. I was invited to try one of their new flavors: The Hangover Poutine, which is made with scrambled eggs, bacon, maple syrup, and Tabasco sauce. It was pretty good. The scrambled eggs were fluffy and the bacon was flavorful. These breakfast flavors complemented the traditional poutine toppings of gravy and cheese curd well. The maple syrup added a nice sweetness, while you can add Tabasco for an extra kick. Thanks for the great poutine, Smoke's!

If you've visited Smoke's Poutinerie recently, what do you recommend trying?
