This weekend I had an incredible take-out meal from La Marcha Tapas Bar, a Spanish tapas bar located on San Pablo and University in West Berkeley, with fellow blogger and dessert fiend Moriah VanVleet of butter, sugar, flowers and her husband Jacob.
Although this was my first time trying La Marcha, I can confidently say we tried a lot of what they have to offer. We had everything from the requisite paella and Patatas Bravas to slow-cooked octopus and meatballs. Every dish was well-prepared and made with care. The flavors were rich, yet balanced. This is my favorite meal out since so many restaurants have had to turn to take-out only options.
I would definitely recommend La Marcha to anyone who's a fan of tapas or Spanish food in general. You'll be in for a treat. If you've visited, what do you recommend ordering?
