Spicy Fennel Sausage, Mozzarella, and Onion Pizza
I visited Delarosa, a sleek Italian restaurant located on Chestnut at Pierce in the Marina, for the second time last weekend. Equally known for their brunch and cocktail selection, my friends and I took advantage of both in the parklet outside the restaurant.
I enjoyed the Spicy Fennel Sausage, Mozzarella, and Onion pizza. The pizza is thin, making it seem very light, while the sausage provides a nice flavor. I also really liked my slice of the Carbonara pizza, which is topped with fried eggs, pancetta, cream, provolone, and mozzarella. My friends seemed to enjoy their beautifully made cocktails as well.
Next time I might order the Carbonara pizza for myself. If you've visited Delarosa, what do you recommend trying?
