What’s your name? Where do you live? What do you do?
Mallory/Berkeley/Managing Editor of INPINK
Whitney/San Francisco/QA for Genentech

How did you get into blogging?
When we were roommates in college, we would browse Lookbook and fashion blogs together. We decided to start one together on a whim...we never thought we would even reach 100 followers.

How would you describe your style?
This is always the hardest question...our style is always changing so it isn't easy for us to pin down. That is one nice thing (or maybe embarrassing thing) about having a personal style blog - we have a record of what we used to wear years ago.

How has living in San Francisco influenced your style?
We gravitate towards what is comfortable. While we do drive some places, we often like to walk or use public transportation...which means we tend to wear flats/sneakers/boots and avoid clothing that is overly fussy.

What benefits and challenges have you experienced blogging with a close friend?
When we were in college and roommates, we would always take our photos together. It was always fun to coordinate our outfits together and shoot together. Now that we are living in separate cities, it is harder to take photos together...often when we hang out we get too distracted catching up to fit in outfit photos.

What do you do when you’re not blogging?
Whitney has been big into bouldering lately. She can now complete V4s on a good day!
Mal likes to craft (and subsequently is an avid Pinterest-user) and hang out with her family corgi, Peanut.
