Black Bean and Cheese Quesadilla
Last week I visited Sky’s Gourmet Tacos on Pico for the first time.
I tried the street-sized Potato Taco and the Black Bean and Cheese Quesadilla, the latter of which was strongly recommended by my friends. Both were quite good. The taco included all the fixin's found in their other tacos plus perfectly cooked potato slices. The quesadilla had a great flavor and was oozing with melted cheese.
