Here's a little background on Jill: She's an very talented fashion designer based out of Downtown Los Angeles. These tops are a part of her Iko Cut line that features sleek, practical looks for creative working women. Her namesake label is made up of a range of beautiful hand dip-dyed pieces that are equally as comfortable and jaw-dropping.
