Fried Chicken Sandwich made with red cabbage slaw, Sideshow aioli, and Dijon mustard
I tried Sideshow Kitchen, a burger spot and beer garden located on Stanford and 60th in North Oakland, for the first time last week.
I ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich made with red cabbage slaw, Sideshow aioli, and Dijon mustard. It was incredible. The chicken was moist and fried in a delicious buttermilk batter. The slaw had bits of jalapeño, giving it a nice kick. All of these flavors and textures made for a memorable sandwich. I also enjoyed the crispy fries on the side.
