I visited Canter's, the historic Jewish delicatessen, bakery, and restaurant located on Fairfax, on a rainy December day.
To warm up from the cold, I ordered the Matzo Ball Soup with a side of bagel chips. The matzo ball was dense and soaked up the delicious chicken broth. The bagel chips were made with fresh bagels of all types like plain, pumpernickel, and poppy. It's no wonder Canter's is a classic.
