Black Sesame ice cream with a Gadani Classic egg waffle, red bean, and a chocolate wafer
A few weeks ago I visited Gadani, an egg waffle and ice cream shop located on Berkeley Square and Center in Downtown Berkeley, with Moriah of the mouthwatering dessert blog, butter, sugar, flowers, for the first time.
I tried the works: Black Sesame ice cream with the Gadani Classic egg waffle, red beans, and a chocolate wafer. It was really good. The ice cream had a great flavor and texture. I liked breaking off a piece of the egg waffle and dipping it into the ice cream. The red beans also enhanced the texture in a nice way. I would definitely return in the future.
