Eat in Berkeley: Imm Thai Street Food (Pt. 2)

Fresh Rolls made with marinated tofu, cucumber, carrot, avocado, and mint, wrapped in rice paper and served with peanut sauce

Left: Pad Woon Sen with chicken, made with glass noodles, egg, cabbage, carrots, zucchini, green onions, and garlic
Right: Thai Iced Tea

This was my second visit to Imm Thai Street Food, a hip Thai restaurant located on University at Shattuck in Downtown Berkeley.

Last time, I also ordered the Pad Woon Sen—glass noodles, egg, cabbage, carrots, zucchini, green onions, and garlic—with a choice of chicken. The noodles were as good as I remember. I really enjoyed the Fresh Rolls made with marinated tofu, cucumber, carrot, avocado, and mint, too. The peanut sauce and creamy avocado enhanced and united the flavors within the rice paper wrap very well. Sitting in a local park with a Thai Iced Tea in hand, this was truly a refreshing summertime meal.

If you've visited Imm Thai Street Food, what do you recommend trying?
