Taking notes from one of my all-time favorite bloggers, Zana Bayne of Garbage Dress, this girl paired a black sequined top, leather jacket (1 & 2), and well-worn boots with a bright red mini to create a very eye-popping effect. The Chanel logo necklace doesn't hurt either.
