Eat in San Francisco: Mission Pie

I finally captured the goodness that is served at Mission Pie, a pie shop and cafe located on Mission and 25th in San Francisco's Mission District.

This past weekend I tried their Walnut pie, a fresh take on the super-sweet pecan pie someone's grandma used to make. They topped the sugary sweet filling with huge walnut halves over a flaky crust. It was great.
