Pad Se-Ew made with pan-fried flat rice noodles, broccoli, carrots, and egg
I've only stopped by Thai Taste Kitchen, a casual Thai restaurant on Piedmont near MacArthur, a couple of times, but boy does it hit the spot.
Knowing me, I probably ordered the Pad Thai—the popular dish made with pan-fried rice noodles, chicken, peanuts, bean sprouts, green onions, dried shrimp, egg, and fried tofu—both times. A couple weeks ago, I also tried a bit of the Pad Se-Ew, which was made with pan-fried flat rice noodles, broccoli, carrots, and egg. Both were what I look for in a flavorful noodle dish.
On my next visit, I might try the Khao Mun Ghai or Pineapple Fried Rice. If you've visited Thai Taste Kitchen recently, what do you recommend trying?
