Barista Parlor is a hip coffee shop with two locations (and a third on the way in Germantown) in Nashville. They specialize in coffee made with beans from favorites like Four Barrel, Stumptown, Intelligentsia, and Sightglass. They also serve a variety of pastries like homemade Pop-Tarts, macarons, and scones, as well as artisanal chocolate and other bites.
I ordered a 12 oz. latte made with Supersonic Coffee, a company based in Berkeley. It was prepared perfectly, as expected.
The location I visited is the original and was previously a transmission shop. It's spacious and designed with mixed materials, similar to the coffee shops I frequent in San Francisco.
